Ebony N. Hartsfield, Founder & Owner

Ebony N. Hartsfield is the founder and owner of ENH Services, LLC—a certified Small and Women-Owned business based in Baltimore, Maryland. With over two decades of experience across a wide range of industries throughout the Maryland region, Ms. Hartsfield has partnered with local and state government agencies, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, private corporations, and consulting firms.

Her academic credentials include an Accounting Clerk Certification from Anne Arundel Community College and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, further enhancing her strategic and leadership capabilities.

What began as ENH Notary Services has since evolved into ENH Services, LLC—a reflection of Ms. Hartsfield’s commitment to excellence and her passion for helping others. Her mission is grounded in delivering professional, ethical service while building strong relationships and empowering clients through clarity, organization, and thoughtful communication.

Ms. Hartsfield is an active member of the National Notary Association and the American Association of Notaries (since 2018), as well as the American Management Association and the American Society of Administrative Professionals.
