It is the client’s responsibility to send ENH Services, LLC any information requested to complete any project by the company. If not received after 30 days of payment for an order, your project will be canceled for completion, non-refunded and a new order with a restarting project fee of $25.00 - $125.00 will have to be paid to re-open your request. Due to the heavy volume of service requests and to not waste the time of ENH Services and or the client, I ask that this rule be taken seriously and respected.

Service Turnaround Time:

All services are started once payment is received by ENH Services, LLC.

Payment Policy:

Invoices for payments are sent via email or phone.

All Deposits are Non-Refundable.

All invoices are due upon receipt unless there is an agreed written payment plan in place with future payment dates.

Please be specific on the service start date to prevent any delays due to outstanding balances.

Any invoice that is not paid within 24 hours of the client receiving will result in a $25.00 - $350.00 cancellation fee depending on the service requested.

Invoices that are canceled will not be resent until the cancellation fee is paid in full. If the cancellation fee is not paid the client will be placed on a "do not service" list.
